Just got back in last night and am forwarding some of the photos taken. Dr. Jack Alison and I are seeing the sick kid's, I have on the headlamp. They are encamped in an open vacant lot between two buildings, a space of about 40' by 100' sleeping on the ground under tarp roofs. There are the 10 orphans plus some "extras" picked up off the street and Yvon and staff and there families. In general they all looked well and seemed to be coping well. We were able to deliver about a 100 lbs of supplies given to us by the United stewardesses but this did not help completely with there basic needs - clean water, food, tents, and blankets. We also left about $150 so that might have helped with the immediate need for food. Thank God, I hear that you have been able to send yesterday some more of the basics!
